What payments do you accept?

We accept SQUARE and EMT (email transfer) payments.

EMT's will be auto deposited, so please make sure to double check your information before pushing send. We will notify you as well when we receive your payment.

If an EMT is set with a password, please make that password: tinkering (no caps) unless otherwise discussed.

If drop-off or pickup is arranged beforehand, Cash, EMT, and SQUARE payments will be accepted.

*Please note, that we will not start a custom piece or ship an order until payment is received.

How often do you update your website?

Every new piece is added as soon as it's finished, Custom work is added once the client has received their piece, and pieces paid for, are taken down from our shop as soon as payment is received.

Do you provide custom work?

Yes! In fact, we encourage it! We love hearing from our

clients and making their imaginations come true! Every piece is uniquely made, but more so when it means something special to our clients.

Do you offer pre-orders?

No. All pieces that are made are one of a kind and no two are alike. There are always pieces available or we offer custom work so everyone can get a piece they love!

Do you charge a fee for delivery?

Yes, our fees start at 10 kilometers. Anything under 10 km is free delivery to your door.
*Delivery to St. John's is $40

How much is shipping?

Shipping always depends on the piece being shipped; however, we try to keep it under $40.

Can we pick-up our piece(s)?

Yes, our pick-up times are from 12 pm to 2 pm, Monday - Friday, unless we're closed on one of those days.

How do your hours work?

We go by the biblical calendar. So, our times off vary differently each month.

We will always have them posted on our website and social media anytime we're closed for the day.

How much does it cost for custom pieces?

Driftwood Pieces (custom) starting at $60.00
Framed Pieces (custom) starting at $50.00

Do you use authentic sea glass?

Yes, we do! Everything we use comes strictly from beaches tumbled, created, and washed ashore by the ocean.

Do you use anything other than beach finds?

Yes, but it's very rare. Sand is usually one thing we don't use from the beaches due to smell and mess. Sand is not easy to clean like other pieces. However, if you have something special you would like, (i.e. sand from a honeymoon...etc.) we would be happy to incorporate that to your custom order.

Do you gift wrap your pieces?

No. We are still in the stages of getting our marketing together. We don't do any gift wrapping at this time. However, we will be in the near future.

Shop Polices

Shipping Fees:

All shipping is within Canada. We try to use a flat rate box to cut down on fees. There are some pieces that will be impossible to ship in those boxes. And at that point, it will all depend on the size and weight of the piece you'd like delivered.

Return and Exchange Policy:

We do not accept any returns or exchanges.

Broken or Damaged Pieces:

We wrap our pieces as best as we can in terms of how "awkward" they can be, however, with the post and carrier companies, there are things out of our control.
We do suggest re-gluing the piece(s) that have fallen off.
With photo proof, we will honour a refund IF the piece is completely unfixable.

Wrong Piece:

If for some reason an order was mixed up and you received the wrong piece, we ask that you send back the piece (no damage) and we will resend the piece ordered.

Lost Shipments:

Every order has a tracking number attached, and once payment and shipping is paid, we will send out your tracking number through email or whichever social media outlet we have been communicating in. Once you receive your tracking number, we are no longer responsible for the piece.

Cancellations:

We only accept cancellations before a piece is shipped out. Please note that most pieces are shipped out 24-48 hours after a payment has been received.
